Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Embedded Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Hardware Embedded Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging embedded systems.

Qualifications:
Must be from electronics background

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-power PCBs, considering thermal management, signal integrity, and power integrity requirements.
2. Must have experience with designs involving more than 2 layers.
3. Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad).
4. Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize PCB performance and ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
5. Have strong knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and standards (e.g., FCC, CE, CISPR) and implement EMI/EMC mitigation strategies, including filtering, shielding, and grounding techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PCB design requirements and specifications.

Role Description
1. Design and develop high-voltage connectors and wiring harness assemblies.
2. Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (CATIA / Creo / SolidWorks).
3. Define connector layouts, pin configurations, insulation, and routing strategies.
4. Optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost.
5. Support prototype development and testing activities.
6. Assist in resolving design issues and implementing engineering changes (ECR/ECN).
7. Perform and support testing such as thermal, dielectric etc

Job Responsibility:
Assist in designing, assembling, and testing electronic circuits and hardware prototypes.
1. Support PCB design, schematic capture, and component selection under the guidance of senior engineers.
2. Conduct hardware validation and performance testing using lab instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, etc.).
3. Help in documentation of design specifications, test results, and technical reports.
4. Collaborate with R&D engineers to troubleshoot and debug circuits and improve design performance.
5. Research new components, technologies, and design methods relevant to ongoing projects.

Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
1. Supervise assembly line processes such as wire cutting, crimping, soldering, PCB mounting, and testing.
2. Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
3. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
4. Optimize workstation layout and assembly processes.
5. Coordinate with the planning department to ensure materials and components are available
